The Office of Medical Marijuana Use requires a check-in visit with a doctor every 210-days, about every 7-months. There is no penalty for going over this date, but patients are not able to make any new purchases without a check-in past this point. You are also welcomed to be seen before the 210 days. Our office will always let you know when your 7-month period is coming up via call, text, and/or email. Tele-health calls (audio only) are available for 7-month check-ins.
The state requires an annual renewal of the physical Medical Marijuana License SEPARATE from your 210-day recertification with the doctor. This is the $77.75 payment you made during your initial application to the state. You are open to renew 45 days before your license expires. That date can be found on the medical marijuana card, as well as your MMU profile, AND the state will send patients email reminders for this renewal 45-days & 14-days prior to expiration. While we can help with the renewal process, our office does not have access to this renewal date and patients are responsible for knowing when this date is coming up. We encourage patients to reach out to our office when they need to renew their card with the state, as there is no additional office fee for this service.
Your recommendation/order are on a ROLLING CYCLE. This means that the limits for each category have a reset date relative to the initial date of purchase of any amount of product. For Flower purchases, it is a 35-day period. Meaning that if you make a purchase of 2grams on 1/1/25, that amount will be made back available to you on 2/5/25.
For Non-Flower purchases (vapes, edibles, capsules, droppers, creams, patches, etc), it is a 70-day period. Meaning that if you make a purchase of 300mg on 1/1/25, that amount will be made back available to you on 3/12/25.
