Important Dates

The state requires an annual renewal of the physical Medical Marijuana License. This is the $75 payment you made during for your application to the state. You are open to renew 45 days before your license expires, and that date can be found on the medical marijuana card itself as well as your MMU profile. While we can help with the renewal process, our office does not have access to this renewal date and patients are responsible for knowing when this date is coming up.

Your recommendation/order resets every 70 days, meaning that your mg amount for your Vape, Oral, Sublingual, and Topical products will refresh and be fully available. These resets will also include any adjustments you have made within the previous 70-day period.

Not to be confused with the vape products, you have access to 2.5 ounces of flower/loose marijuana every 35 days if you opted in to the smokable flower option. This is a state mandated amount of product and cannot be adjusted, meaning you are free to use as much or as little of the 2.5-ounce limit as you wish.

The Office of Medical Marijuana Use requires an in-person visit with a doctor every 210-day period. There is no penalty for going over this date, but we will not be able to place any new recommendations past this point. You are also welcomed to come in before the 210 days. Our office will always let you know when your 7-month period is coming up via call and/or email.
